I might not be in the right place for asking those questions. But usualy, when you refuse a meeting from a notes client point of view, you can specify to be included in future notices. When you refuse from a blackberry, that option is not there. So future reschedule of meetings, you don’t know about.
Is there a way to fix this?

Thank You Michael for that new aspect in working with BB.I can reproduce this behavior.
I Dont think, there is a workaround.
The BB software cannot emulate a full Notes client. So You may abandon the demand for solving your problem. I myself use the BB for informational purposes only, maybe a reply to an email or accept a meeting. There is also another problem with anniversaries, because BB doesn’t know that term and treat anniversaries as “all day event” which brings some surprises (double entries, anniversary day is before the real day).
