Dear All,

Dear All,

One of our user is using Sony Erricson 990i and he is not receiving the mails in his handheld.

Checked in the log and it shows…

01/30/2007 01:49:38 PM Message sent to handheld (user abc, PIN @@@@@, “mail\abc” on servername): folder “($Inbox)”, posted date 01/30/2007 01:49:32 PM, added date 01/30/2007 01:49:33 PM, tag 895071, refID 2538581587, NoteID B5922

01/30/2007 01:49:38 PM SRP (user abc): tag 895071, refID 2538581587, NoteID B5922 returned ILLEGAL

Instead of Delievered it is showing ILLEGAL.

Please let me know what could be the cause for the above.

You are probably better off talking with 1) your wireless provider 2) RIM TSupport.

Sounds to me like the handheld or the RIM network are refusing the message.

From you log section above, looks like BES is working with Lotus just fine.
