Hi All ,
One my user using blackberry device since long time
everything was working fine till last week suddenly there is one peculiar problem started in blackberry
issue is when user move the mail from his blackberry inbox to some other folder on the same device , that mail should not be in inbox anymore but mail remain in both the folder . earlier on the mail was getting deleted from inbox and moved to desired folder .
Any clue ?? why it happening ?

It sounds like a display issue on the handheld.
Have a look in the mail options and see if you have “hide filed” selected

also make sure you are up to the latest software release for the blackberry device.

Last week, did you upgrade the Domino server? Change mail templates?

I Did not upgrade or change the mail template ,
well check the hide option in device and then revert
till then any other clue ??
