We have a Domino 6.5.1 Server on a Windows 2000 Platform and have installed Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.0. with the MSDE 2000 option, but we have not got very far. When we attempt to add users through the Blackberry Manager, which runs on the same machine, we get an error…
“Notes Address Book is Unavailable” - “Requesting System’s ID is the same as the Server’s ID. You cannot use the same ID on two Systems.”
We have followed the installation instructions, setting up a group and permissions as required. We uninstalled the Notes Client before doing the installation. We have tried a complete uninstal and reinstal of the the Blackberry Enterprise Server, and cleaned out the remaining files and registry entries manually.
Even if shut down all the blackberry services and the BES Domino server task, we get the same effect.
Has anyone got any suggestions ?
