I’m having a huge problem with my blackberry server and my domino, all my blacberry users (they are also notes users) can sent mails to outside contacts but not to notes contacts, in their mail Data base I can see the mail as sent, but nobody recieves it, if they send a mail to someone abroad it is being sent correctly. All of them can recieve mails from inside and outside contacts.
Any idea? thanks a lot for your help!
Subject: blackberry don’t send mails to lotus accounts
Check that the user name stored in the users Notes ID file matches the user account name in the BlackBerry profiles database.
What happens if you remove the user’s account from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server and add it again??
If the email is sent from the device does it show as sent?? Is this reconciled to the user’s Domino mail database??
Check the Domino logs for errors.
What version of BES / handheld software are you using???
Are the Domino BES and Domino mail servers in the same DNN??
