Blackberry and Lotus Notes Rules on client

Has anyone had a problem with BlackBerry Manager 4.1.4.15 and Lotus Notes rules setup on the client?

I’m seeing where the bb doesn’t get the message if the user has mail rules setup.

We had one user that had tons of mail but it didn’t hit his bb.

Thanks for any insight on this.

Have you tried to desactivate every mail rules?

Look this link, you will find a script to completely desactivate every rules

Deleted mail rules still run and/or enabled mail rules do not run (#1088058).

Troubleshoot blackberry devices

You should have messages\errors in your log.nsf database like those ones if you try to send a message to this users.
