After installing Lotus 8, all the destop icons onmy workspace becomes black and white. How to fix this problem?

It sounds like you have “Operating system theme for low vision” selected in your preferences (under Windows and Themes)
Subject: “operating system theme for low version” is greyed out
I do have user with the same issue, and I tried to switch the “operating system theme for low version” to “Notes 8 theme”
But it was greyed out, tried reinstall the lotus notes, but still no go …
Please suggest …
