Bitmap error

When receiving some emails that contain HTML components when a user forwards that email they can not send it and receive an error message “Cannot save bitmap to disk”.

This only occurs on some kinds of HTML emails but I have had several users complain about this functionality.

Their location document is correct. We are not currently using a proxy.

Any ideas?
