Birthdays & Anniversaries into Calendar

I don’t recall ever having been able to map birthdays and anniversaries stored with Contacts onto the Calendar (going to back to R5, when I started with Notes). This seems an obvious and basic function to automate, and contacts are already copied over for access from the web view, so it’s not as if the info is not available to copy into the calendar.

Or if I’m wrong and this is possible, how do we do this in 8.5?

Currently we do not have the functionality of creating birthday/anniversary events. This has been a requested feature in the past, however, and a requirement document has been created for consideration.
