Bindsock missing

Please help. Just installed a new domino 8.5.1 server on Linux RHET 5.4. Getting messages contantly scrolling at the console:

SMTP Server: Listener failure: ‘bindsock’ is missing, not executable, not owned by root, not setuid root or user needs net_privaddr privilege.

Thank you. That is exactly what the problem was. In our case, the Linux administrator has removed the SUID flag for the entire OPT file system when he installed Linux!
