Dear All,I need to write a before new mail arrives agent to auto reply for emails come into a mailin database…how can i do this

Thanks for the reply…I did that and works fine…now i need to change the “Principle” field to get the replied user as the mailin db name…i did a simple action for that before this emal runs…it doesn’t work…pls help meshana
