Also, why would you want to disable the BBC? The have very high quality documentaries. Or you meant Bcc?

I think it’s the licence fee thats the issue, at least ITV is free!

From your lips to G*d’s ears. They were a bunch of anti-Semitic statist goons in the 1930s when they kept Winston Churchill off the air because he insisted on rattling the saber vis-a-vis Nazi Germany, and they are a bunch of anti-Semitic statist goons today.

Hi Tony,

I wouldn’t recommend changing the mail template unless absolutely necessary. Does your manager want this? Keep in mind that bcc has other good uses (apart from the “hey I sent a mail but I also told it to my boss and you don’t know that! haha”), f.e. if you want to mail to a large group, you don’t want to set all their adresses in the To-field - looks ugly and shows their addresses to everybody else.

Martin,

Thanx for the heads up I do agree with you, but it is a managers decision to have this disabled, hence I’m no expert but finding my way around to get this done, If their not happy with it I’ll enable it.

Ok, if you really want to disable the BBC ;-). You’ll have to use Designer and find the line where the bcc field is, then change the hidewhen formulas on that line. You will have to change it in the mail template, not the mailfile itself, is that clear enough? Also see the Designer help file for more info.
