We have just upgrading from lotus domino 5.12 to 6.51. It seems that some basis are not correctly upgarded, the user have error messages and the look in the client is not fully the 6.5 look.
How can I correct this ?

Subject: Bases not correctly updated
Open an affected mail file with Designer and check for the No Refresh checkmark or the “Other Template” icon and the far right. Check every design element in every section of the design. After getting rid of the checkmarks and icons, replace the design of the database again.
To get rid of the checkmarks and icons, open the design document properties (right-click - Design Properties) and the third tab on the dialog box should be all blank.
