Available Room shows up as booked

Greetings All,

My room resevation db shows no booking for a room on a particular day but when I try to book that room for that day from my calendar in mail, the same room is not available.

I have gone through the hidden views and have ran fixup and updall on the RnR db plush have restarted the RnRMgr task couple of times to no avail. The booking does not show in the RnR db but it is unavailable for booking.

Any idea? Thanks in advance.

I know this may sound dumb, but have you checked the available time for that resource to verify that it’s available for the time your trying to book it? If so, you may want to make a subtle change to the available time and see if that clears up the issue.
