somebody hear about a availability problem with domino 6 servers?
I have three domino 6.0.1 servers in a cluster and the serverindex jumps between 100 and 0 like a roller coster (availabilitytreshold is 30 on the servers and most of the time they are in busy-state).

In my case i have the following Settings for 400 Users:
2 Domino Servers
Server1:
2.5 GB Ram
2 CPUS P4
2 NW Cards (Clustered!)
70 GB Raid 4
Server2:
2 GB Ram
4 CPUS P4
2 NW Cardds (Clustered!)
120 GB Raid 4
In my standard settings all Users connected to the Server 1 and read write all Mails from Server 1! All Out of office Agents ran from Server1! This server also was for Receifing/Sending Internet mails! (this take also some ressources, including Virus Checking!)
After this process I move all users with the beginning Lastname-Letter S - Z to Server 2 and this apply me more Performance of all two Servers!
If you have many Agents / Import Agents from other Databases this could get some Extra ressources!
If you have many OutOfOffice Agents running, (sh amgr sched), this could also get some Ressis!
Start min. 2 - 4 Agent Slots per Machine (depends on RAM / CPUS!)
In your case, do all Import / Exports via background agents at the Server 3 and this also should give you extra Power!
