I’m trying to automatically send an email to several people, every two months, in order to remind them of something. I searched Help, but didn’t find anything. Suggestions?

Use your calendar to set up a meeting or reminder and in the notifications area, put the people’s names.
That way you can do things without modifying your mail file.
Alternatively, if you need future mail facilities, consider how it might be implemented as a central system - some people would probably have a DB that already does this.
