I have external users who say that when they send mail to us that it is not being delivered. Is there a way to turn on something on the server that once the mail is received by they server a conformation message is sent to the send of the email? I would like to do this globally.

Subject: dont think so
the last thing you want to do is to spam the other 99% of your customers who dont care about delivery.
just ask those customers who want it to enable it at their end (it’s usually a per message setting), thats why email clients have a delivery notification option.
