Is there an option which allows a user to automatically add a contact into their personal contacts after opening a new email? If so, where is it so that it can be shut off? We have a user who has this happening.

New feature in Notes8 that automatically adds to the recent contacts, not in the contacts view though. ITs different.Go to preferences, Contacts, and deselect the option to add to recent contacts.

Yeah, I think that might be it. I have a feeling when he saw all those contacts, he was looking at the Recent Contacts view and not the My Contacts view. He’s not around right now so I can’t find out for sure. Thanks for the reply.
