I am managing my organizations customer service account, (i.e customerservice@bank.com). However, I want to have an automatic reply to every email that is sent to customerservice@bank.com. I have created an agent for this and it works, but I want the automatic reply to be coming from the address customerservice@bank.com. The problem now is that the automatic reply is sent from the account customerservice@bank.com but when a customer/client see from their mailbox is says christian.lovering@bank.com. I want the sent from to say customerservice@bank.com
How can I change this?
