Automatic Inbox Management option not appearing

Hi,

I have a user who does not get the Automatic Inbox Management option appear in Preferences → Calendar & To Do → Autoprocesses.

The area is should appear is blank.

I have read on this forum about going into Calendar Profile in Designer and looking as Delete CSpref field.

Should editing this field recitify the problem?

And if so, how do I set it so the user doesn’t have a choice of what to do, and that prompt for deletion is selected all the time.
