Hi All,Is there a way that we can forward all the email which comes to a particular mailbox. I should be able to forward the mail to more than one mail box. How can I make this possible???

Its easy enough to do if you want to forward to other people, but if you want a copy held in that users mail database as well it gets a little complicated.
If you dont want the above then just add the extra email addresses to the ‘forwarding address’ box in the domino address book.

I have problem with forwarding mail to external domain - when I enter as forwarding address someone from domino domain - it’s works, but when I want to forward email to any internet mail host it’s not working. Please advise how can I forward emails to external internet adresses - Thanks!

You can always set up a mail rule in the mail database to forward a copy.
I have seen this cause problems with inotes access in the past, not sure if it’s fixed yet.

I tried putting the addresses in the Forwarding Addresses box. But I can send to only one address. How can I send it to many?(What is the separater?

Just press return end enter it on the new line, if Notes needs any seperators it will then sort them out itself.
As for not being able to send outside your domain, i think theres some settings in the server configuration document that you need to change. Not 100% on that one though.
