Automated reply for all incoming emails

Hi there.

There have been disruptions caused by bad weather and it has been decided that no one will go to work tomorrow.

I have been asked to create an automated reply to all incoming emails to notify the senders of the emails of the situation.

I am a Lotus administrator/developer and I have done automated replies for people who have left the company. (via an agent in the person’s mail file)

Technically, what my management wants is possible. I need to add the agent in our mail templates and refresh the design of all our mail files. The problem is that we have several different templates and around 300 users.

Is there any simpler way of doing this?
