Automated replies

I handle lots of little web update jobs via email each day, and I find I am continually typing the same thing over and over again.I also have to type the recipient’s name or copy and paste it into the greeting.

My DREAM would be to click a button and it to auto-fill a reply with something like


Hi ,

Your request has been completed.

Regards,

Me


Possible? Easy?

I’m a Notes newbie so please forgive me if this is a dumb question.

I’ve tried to make this is stationery with limited success. In fact, I can’t even work out how to reply using stationery!

Subject: Create an agent

You want to Create an Agent. You’ll target the agent at “All selected documents” and make it an “Action menu selection”. Have it run the simple action of “Reply to Sender”.
