This is a real issue… deploying DAMO to current Outlook users. It forces users to export to PST (contacts) and Comma Delimited (Windows) for Calendars/Sent Mail. Why doesn’t the DAMO install prompt users to import existing calendars/contacts, etc.? At this stage, I have to export to separate files then import several times. OK for 1 user BUT terrible for mass upgrades… any ideas? HELP…
