I have email that is being received by a group in the NAB. The internet address of the group does not have an associated mail account.
I need to create an Auto-Reply agent that will reply to NEW mail received from customers but not to email received from internal addresses or mail with RE: or FW: in the subject line.
This is what I thought to do (I have never coded before so I am trying to make it simple).
I created an email account for the auto-reply agent to come from and added it to the group.
I want to create a rule (I understand that rules work “before mail arrives”) to delete all the mail from specific /xxx internal addresses and any mail with RE: or FW: in the subject line.
I want to create an “After mail arrives” agent to send the reply so that the rule will delete all of the messages that I don’t want the reply to go to.
Will this work?
