I am testing out Mailive and I am having a problem creating an auto responder. They send an email every 10 minutes to a database that should reply back with the original test from the body. the problem, I am having is, the reply does not have the original message or body. I am using simple Actions of Reply to sender and then Delete document. I have selected include a copy of the document in reply and that isn’t working either. Does anyone know how I can set this up? I’m not a Designer, just a plain 'ole Admin with very little script knowledge. Any help would be great!
