I enabled an autopopulated group in our addressbook, but it will not populate usernames in the groupdocument.
The server is an Domino 8.5 on Windows 2003. We have enabled Directory Assistance on the server.
When running the “tell autopop process” in the serverconsole I get this errormessage.
Search for auto-populated group members failed for group (my_group_name).: Error looking up name on LDAP Server; See server log for further details.
Subject: any additional address books?
I had a similar issue. We use a second address book that was based off of a personal address book. I removed it from our ldap server. Restarted and it worked.
Just a thought.

Actually we had an other addressbok, I delete it but still autopop groups don’t work…

You removed the address book from the administration/ldap server, correct?Did you use cascading address books (ie names=names.nsf, otherbook.nsf)… and remove it from the notes.ini?
