Auto Forwarding Without Agents or Rules?

There is a user is receiving a full copy of emails sent to another user. All auto forwarding agents have been cleared as well as disabled. There are no rules in the mailboxes nor on the server itself concerning forwarding.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Subject: Ghost rule ?

Mailbox rules have been known in the past to still be alive, but not displayed.

You can try to look for them with :

  • a view with selection formula

SELECT @IsAvailable($FilterFormula)

  • look with NotesPeek in the CalendarProfile, any field like “$FilterFormula_x”.
