Auto delete emails

I learnt that there is a function in Lotus Notes (I am unsure if in client side or server side) that it will automatically delete unread emails for a certain period of time. Can someone tell me how to activate it and any options can be selected.

Subject: Look in the help files under Archiving

You’ll see that you can use the option “Just clean up this database without archiving.”
