One of managers need to copy all incoming emails regardless of internal emails or external emails to his two assistances. I tried to send the received email to two assistances on arrival of incoming emails but not acceptable. Both assistances receive email from forward feature. They do not want the forward headers and like to receive original email so they can reply to the sender directly. Any idea how to do it?

Ray,Before answering, the next question would be… are they going to RESPOND to the emails for him? and if so, what names does he want to appear on the Reply, his or his assistant’s name?
if he wants only HIS name on it, they will have to reply from HIS email file. In this case, it might be best to set up the Delegation rights to allow them in his mail file, and then for them to set up Subscriptions to his mail file, so it will alert them when mail arrives, then they just go into his mail file, read it and reply.

Firstly, they will answer the email with their name, not the manager name. Secondly, they do not want to have two email files on their Notes so that Delegation is suitable.

well they wouldnt really have 2 email files, the manager’s mail file would show up in the Subscriptions window.
But also, if they are answering them with their own name, what is to monitor who is answering which ones so that one email is not answered by both of them?

Sorry, I did not mention that the assistants need to know all incoming emails for the manager as they may help the manager on the background but they will not answer any emails for the manager unless they are asked to do so. If the assistant answers the manager’s email, he will copy to the manager or takes up the case by himself.
Regarding Subscriptions window, do you mean the assistant opens the manager’s mail file on his Lotus Notes client if they got delegation. Depending on level given, they can answer the email in manager’s mail file. The assistants need to monitor two mail files and may overlook the manager’s mail file.
