I have a notes application used for referral activity. A referral form moves thru several approvers, whose emails are specified in sequence at the time of new document creation. Once the approver1 approves the document an email is sent to the next approver.
Now, I want only the current approver to be able to edit the document. I thought to update the authors field with next approver’s name everytime an approver presses the submit button. but its not working.
