Hi,
I have a form with Authors field which gets populated from the Authors field of its parent document while creating.
The values are populating correctly and I can see that using document properties. Still I am not able to save/edit the document after it is opened.
Error Message :You are not listed as allowable Author…
Please help!!

Subject: how is the field created
make sure the Authors field is a true authors field. The IsAuthors and IsSummary need to be set to true.

Is the field an Authors data type?Does it show your fully-qualified user name listed (e.g., cn=name/ou=org unit, etc)?
It would help to see a picture of what it shows in Document Properties.
