i am facing one strange problem…There is one database in which Default “No Access” is defined. I have added one person in ACl and have give him editor access…but when he is trying to open the document link he is getting err msg.“You are not authorized to access the database” …one thing i have marked that in the acl list localdomainserver is not defined but i don’t think that this is creating problem…pls advise me soln Asap

Did you enter their name into the ACL as
Raphael Savir
or as
Raphael Savir/LSDevelopment
You’ll want to enter it hierarchically to be sure of success in case the user and the server have different hierarchies.

No there is not any reader or author field on this form…

make sure the user type on the ACL entry is set correctly to “Person”.
