Author Field

Hello,

I have “Author” field on a form. Which is a multi value field. Formula for the Author field is, @Name([Abbreviate];@Author).

User1 is listed as Author in an ACL and creates the document. But can not edit his own documents. Any idea what should be the problem?

I know this is very basic question but it is a strange behaviour.

Subject: Author Field

Access fields, both Authors and Readers, need to be canonical in order to work properly. Common name will work (with some unexpected special effects), but abbreviated names will not.
