Authentication page keeps reloading

Hello,

We have an authentication problem, (Authentication page keeps reloading without any error message), when we use the IP Address of the server instead of the server name in the address in the browser.

Any idea?

Subject: I imagine you have Multi Server Single Sign On configured.

If you use SSO, you have to use the servers Fully Qualified Host Name to login, you cannot login using the servers shortname or ip address.
