Authentication failure

Hello, I have a problem to login to my domino web mail,it does not accept my password although when i want use the same user name and password to access the notes client it works fine,I do not know what is the problem Please help me,I’m using the lotus domino server ver 6.5

P.S:the same problem is repeating when i want to access the my mail account using the outlook express.

Subject: authentication failure

It is necessary to set the internet password during user registration process. Afterwards this password can be set directly in your person document in the Domino Directory.

Thanks for your help,I have already did this,I think the problem was because of the IIS service is running.But after i stopped the service the problem is still there.this is very strang.

What is the exact error that you get Ahmad? Are you getting as far as the actual username / password box?

Make sure that the http task is running. A server reboot is probably on the cards to…
