Attention Indicators background color problem

Hi all, i’m migrating my user from lotus 7.0.x (7.0.1 or 7.0.3) to 8.0.2FP1 CCH2 and mail8.ntf

I have a problem with a user. Infact he set a background color for a specific attention indicator but he doesn’t see on him lotus notes client. He try to reset to default and set background color back with no luck.

If i open the database from domino administrator, i see correctly.

What i can check? Do you think that i can reset all preferences and retry?

I facing the same problem, even re-install the IBM Lotus Notes 8.5 (Basic).

Any solution?
