Since I upgraded my Domino server to Domino 7 (quite a while ago already), one of my (rarely used, yet very important) databases gives me the error “Attempted encryption operation is not supported by this version of Notes.”
This is a document library which was originally installed on R5, survived the upgrade to Domino 6 without problems, but now is unusable. Any action I try on it gives me this error. Downgrading to Domino 6 doesn’t solve it. It seems completely lost, but I would really like to have the data it contains back. Has anyone ever encountered this error and found a solution?
