Attachments unreadable under InotesWeb(pref. MIME)

Problem: attachments corrupted using InotesWeb access on 6.0.1CF1 server (same problem for 5.0.11, 6.0)

ONLY for this specific config:

-NAB user entry “Prefers MIME”

-Sender is Notes client and uses Notes address of recipient to send.

WHY do we use “Prefers MIME” for some users?

Because they are mainly POP/IMAP users and they likely to receive better rich text (sent by Notes users) with pref MIME.

WHY do they use Inotes Web? Sometimes they don’t have their PC or unable to connect them on network(sellers…). They could use plain Webmail and the problem is solved. But Inotes Web is the ONLY way for them to enable Out of office agent, change http password,…

Are we the only ones in the world having this config?

Just to be more precise, those users with pref. MIME cannot read most attachment on received mail but they can send new mails with attachment all right.

The only attachments they can read are small plain text attachments. You can tell that form feed are wrong but it’s readable.

It is also applying to all mails, not only from Notes client sender as said in my previous post.
