We just upgraded our server, clients and mailfiles to 6.0.1 from 5.0.7/8.
Since the upgrade, when some users double-click to open a message, then double-click an attachment and select the open button to open the attachment, the attachment opens minimized. If they right-click the attachment and select open from the menu, it opens fine. If they choose either method from the Preview pane, works okay, too.
This is occurring on W95/W98/WNt and W2k O/S’s. Not all users are affected, but quite a few. This began after we did the Client upgrade and was not fixed with the mailfile template upgrade.
Any suggestions?
