Hi,
We have a Mail in database which receives faxes on regular basis via email(as TIF files). When a mail document with this fax attachment is opened, the attachment name is changed to some weird Lotus Notes generated name ATTxxxxx.
Note that the attachment name is correct UNLESS it is opened.
I know this could happen if there are more than one attachment with same name in the mail document. However, there is only one attachment in the mails.
The same copy of this mail in database in different server (This is same type as the previous one R6.5.3) works fine without any issues. (The attachment names remain same.)
Am i missing something in the server set up ? i cannot determine by looking at the server documents.
Any help will be appreciated.
