One specific user is unable to open or save pdf files from Lotus Notes. This user gets an ‘invalid on disk structure’ error. But if the mail (containing the attachment) is forwarded to himself the mail, then the attachment works fine and is viewable. This is with all mails with pdf attachments for this user. Any other type of attachment works fine.
Server is using DAOS, and mail files are located on the server. Could this be a DAOS issue?
Server and client both 851fp4. Windows server (W2008)and client (WinXP).
