Hi:
I have a pc with lotus client 8.5.1. and when I try to download attachments from emails, I double click and I do not see the window that provides the option to open, edit, view, save and cancel, the same way to attach the window will not be seen.
What can i do?

sometimes the dialogs are not showed , this is probably because of the Eclipse UI.
try and open you mail without the Eclipse ui and see if it work
there is a key combination for this, do not remember right now, CTRL+SHIFT+Openmail or CTRL-ALT+Openmail or something else
