Hi Forum,
I have the database with the attachments (pdf, doc, pptx, etc). The database provides the data on the web- when a user tries to open from the Internet Exploler the attachment is treated as zip file so winzip runs.
The Chrome works fine.
Do you have any ideas how solve it ?

Subject: file association
Usually, the program which tries to run is chosen by “file association” set up on the user’s machine. So, in windows, you would have that user make sure the correct program to open those files is installed. then go into windows explorer, Tools>folder Options, File types tab. Locate the file extension (i.e. pdf) and make sure it is associated to the right program.
