Our user forwards a message to another with attachment. The reciptent receive the mail but the attachment is ICON only and can not be opened. We search for Lotus KB and document “1115244” reports similiar case and advise the solution (to remove folders under C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp.)
We follow the steps previously and okay. But today, she has the same problem comes again.
Anyone encounter similiar case and what fix you apply. Thanks.

This response is based on our Release 5 experiences. If you have applied quotas to mail files and the user trying to forward the message is over quota then we experienced exactly the same as your user.
