In previous versions if you print a mail message that had an attachment the attachment icon would print within the body of the mail message. This is no longer the case. I have a user that uses these as proof of receipt of an attachment and really wants the icons to show when the message is printed. Any thoughts?

Still in 8.5.1 client for this one user as well. I have done all the standard maintainance to the database i.e. updall, fixup and compact to no avail - it still does not print the icon from within the message, it does print if chosen to print from the inbox view.

Did you delete their Cache.NDK file? That often cures mystery client behavior for us.

In my experience, this seems to have been resolved in the 8.5.1 client (at least for new messages). Messages that have already been processed and received may or may not print correctly.
A workaround is to print the message from the Inbox view instead of from the open message.
