Hello,
I have encountered a problem in using Lotus Notes no matter R5 or R6. The attachment indicator (clip icon) showing in “subject” field disappear when receiving mail but actually the attachment is found and can be opened after opening mail message.
What is the cause for this problem and corresponding solutions ?
I would be appreciated if anyone can help me to solve this problem.
