We have a typical discussion database. Drop down fields to categorize documents along with a rich text field in the ‘body’ of the form.
A user says he created a document with one attachment. Next month he comes to the same document, goes into edit mode, and adds another attachment. So far so good.
But now the first attachment icon has somehow turned into a picture. Yes, the xls attachment icon now will show ‘picture properties’ if I right click on it. If you click on it to open, it doesn’t do anything, no error. This is happening on 3 different documents, all created/edited by the same person.
Any ideas? How could this be happening either by system or human?
