Anyone has solution for this issue?
I have posted a PMR and here is the reply from IBM:
For the document which has the attachment in the email, the field “$File” should be there but however in your case the mail which has received from the oracle application has removed the $File Item. and in the document properties you will see that for the mail which has attachment you will see $File.

And as a workaround on that day we found that if you edit the document the you will be able to see paper clip icon in the Inbox, and also $File Item will be added, so this is clearly a Oracle application generated mail issue i.e the $File item is removed from the mail.
My user is not satisfied:
Look like we have no other choice but to accept the situation as it is.
IBM Tech Support has pointed out that it was Oracle system that remove the $File Item.
Look like there are many other systems that are removing the $File Item as well since we also receive mails from outside that have same scenario.
Please just close this case as there is not much benefit in pursuing it with IBM.
