Attachment error in Notes

Hi… I got reports from users that when they send email with attachments and embedded images inside… the reciepients couldn’t view either attachments or images. It shows something like

No. This is regular attachments. I asked user to re-send to me again couple of times. It didn’t happen to me but happen to other reciepients.

This was also happened to reciepients either inside or outside the company.

Well, they’re seeing the encode version of the attachments / graphic (because all e-mail is really text).

So I would guess it’s the format on how the e-mail is set to people.

You say it’s inside and outside the company, yet no problem to you. Is it possible the people they are sending inside the company e-mails are going outside before returning to them? For example they are using the internet address instead of the notes address? I would look at their Location Document and check the Mail settings, in particular the format for internet addresses.
